The U.S. was unjustified in the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki because there never a good reason to kill innocent lives. The people who were harmed in the bombing were never involved in the war, they were just ordinary people living their lives NOT bothering the US in any way. Harry Truman did want to protect us, but he did not go after the military leaders of Japan. The US thought for reasons of protection that they needed to murder inccocent families. The families affected were either killed or forever in doubt of a fair world. Children who were born in the next generation were born with challenges for the rest of their lives because of the defects given to them from the radiation posonig by the U.S. in the Atomic bomb. The bombing is unjustified because we did not take any of the criminal lives which we after, and after the bombing they had the opportunity to live their lives.
